Villa Carrara provided a charming stay in Trogir. The historic character of the building was a delight, especially the quirky gabled ceilings in our family suite. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore local sights on foot. Our family suite had ample space and was clean, with comfortable bedding. However, we faced some challenges with the soundproofing. we could hear noise from the neighboring room, which disrupted our sleep a bit. Additionally, the tea and coffee making facilities in our room were lacking, with only a kettle and a few tea bags provided. Overall, the property is beautiful, but improvements in room amenities and noise insulation would enhance the experience significantly.

the shower experience was a bit challenging (had to hold the shower head, ugh! ). but the room was spacious with gabled ceilings and a lovely view of the cattedrale di san lorenzo. breakfast was basic but satisfying, with fresh fruits and yogurt.

Spacious layout with charming gabled ceilings creates a cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed the private balcony that provided a nice view of the narrow streets below.
The room had no trash bin, and we had to sit on the floor to drink tea due to the absence of a table. The shower cabin required some cleaning to ensure proper drainage, and issues with noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep.

We enjoyed a spacious family suite with charming gabled ceilings that added a special touch for the kids. The location couldn’t be better, as it was just a quick walk to the beach and many local attractions. Plus, kids loved the nearby ice cream shop!
In my wife’s opinion, a more kid-friendly menu at breakfast would be great.

The gabled ceilings added a unique touch to our suite, which also featured a lovely private balcony for enjoying views of the bustling narrow streets.
